The County Library is taking away the stress and cost of finding Halloween costumes during their third annual Costume Swap. Individuals may exchange costumes for a token at any Library branch, October 9-18. On Saturday, October 21, anyone with a token can shop the swap and receive a “new-to-them” costume at the Library’s Viridian Center in West Jordan. Costumes may also be donated and exchanged for a $5 Library fine waiver - one waiver per Library card. 


ALL remaining costumes will be delivered to charities throughout Salt Lake County.
